Now here is a "WOW" card! It's the kind of thing I love to see, but don't ever create, myself! Distressing and lots of ribbon bring a shabby chic look here. Much attention is paid to detail in the coloring and cutting out of the floral arrangement. Top the ribbons off with some bling, and it makes a VERY romantic card!
