March Stamp of the Month Art # 7

Art by Renee Valenti

Here's a different use of one of the frame stamps from this set . . . On the left sidebar, it is stamped in first, second and third generation ink, providing a design that complements the "Brushed" floral patterns to the right.

Once again, our Seaside Papers make an appearance!  Seeing it used on so many cards this month just confirms what a versatile pack it is.  The Seaside Complements are featured here, as well.

March Stamp of the Month # 4

Art by Maggie Cameron

You can just about hear this little 3 x 3 card speaking its "hi" in a tiny voice!  Everything about it is delicate.  Our "Brushstrokes" stamp set provides the background, stamped in our soft Pixie ink . . . with the "hi" from our Stamp of the month, just whispering its greeting......

TERRIFIC TIP TUESDAY 3-10-15 "Texturizing Words"

One of my very favorite uses for texture stamps is to "fancy up" Cricut-cut words.
This is our 12 x 12 Designed Decor Shadow Box (also available in Colonial White.)
This Friday is my first monthly class, where we will be making seasonal artwork for these frames.

I cut out the words, using Close To My Heart's "Artbooking" cartridge. Then I used images from the pictured stamp set to add interest to the otherwise solid cardstock. Endless possibilities!

March Stamp of the Month Art # 3

Art by Becky Mackenstadt

Texture is the name of the game!  Close To My Heart's Embossing Folders provide a major piece of eye candy here.  The crisp lines of texture there provide a contrast to the intentionally "smeared" sentiment, stamped with our White Daisy Ink.  Junebug Puffies are ADORABLE little embellishments, that are available through March ONLY while supplies last!

March Stamp of the Month Art # 1

 Art by Julie Reynolds

I used a BT Duo from our "Seaside" paper pack for the matting on this "wall hanging."  Then cut out the frame and mounted it with Thin 3D Foam Tape, for dimension.  I love the two little free-flowing line stamps that work well for balloon strings, scribble lines, or as shown here - like a string hanger.
