Seaside Papers are used again here, with blues being the emphasis this time, and  Sorbet the accent.  The butterfly is from an additional stamp set.

I used a BT Duo from our "Seaside" paper pack for the matting on this "wall hanging."  Then cut out the frame and mounted it with Thin 3D Foam Tape, for dimension.  I love the two little free-flowing line stamps that work well for balloon strings, scribble lines, or as shown here - like a string hanger.
