Art by Shannon Law"Creative Basics - Wings" papers are used here to provide great pattern for the top and side borders. Shannon stamped the chair twice; once on Juniper cardstock and once on Colonial White cardstock. Then the patterned piece is cut out with an exacto knife (I LOVE ours - it feels so secure and safe to work with!) and then placed on top of the Juniper chair (also cut out with exacto knife.) Easiest reupholstering you'll ever do! :-)
